
Sansevieria is commonly known as Snake Plant or Mother-in-Law's tongue. It is a succulent plant known for it upright sword light leaves. Its is an extremely easy to care for indoor plant which thrives on neglect.
Snake plants absorbes carbon dioxide at night and releases oxygen. They have also been suggested to be able to remove toxin such as formaldehyde, xylene and tolunene. As such, they have been know to possess air purifying properties. Ideal to place the plant in places with low/ bad air circulation.

Care Tips
They are highly adaptable and can tolerate anywhere from bright indirect light to low light / deep shade.
They are considered succulents and can tolerate low humidity and watering. Allow soil to dry out before watering and water moderately. Over watering will result in root rot.
